Why Harry Styles' New Album May be Inspired by Ex-Girlfriend Taylor Swift
Many are surely on the lookout for Harry Styles' new album after he just debued his solo career earlier this month and dropped off his first single "Sign of the Times."
While the singer is still yet to drop more details and fresh fresh tracks in his new album, recent reports added that the songs in his new offering may be inspired by his former flame, Taylor Swift. Is there any truth in this?
It is known that Styles and Swift's romance turned out be short-lived, however, their relationship was once a favorite item in Hollywood when it first broke out in 2012.
With this, the One Direction hearthrob has since been continuously linked to the "Bad Blood" hit maker following their split. Moreover, now that Styles is taking another journey in his career and has been busy shaping up his first solo album, many are curious about what would be his inspirations behind this album.
Styles, 23, has recently shared a bit of story about his short romance with Taylor Swift and why things didn't seem to work out for them,
"Certain things don't work out. There's a lot of things that can be right, and it's still wrong." Styles told Rolling Stone. "In writing songs about stuff like that, I like tipping a hat to the time together. You're celebbrating the fact that it was powerful and made you feel something, rather than 'this didn't work out, and that's bad."
The young artist further explained that though his relationship with Swift didn't work out, he is still happy of the fact that they were able to share good times and experiences together and he's thankful for that.
"And if you run into that person, maybe it's awkward, maybe you have to get drunk...but you shared something. Meeting someone new, sharing those experiences, it's the best s--t ever. So thank you." he added.
Harry Styles' new album is set for release this coming May 12. For now, stay tuned to get the latest updates and watch out for the album's release here on Stars Post.
