Lucky fans will be able to get a glimpse of Microsoft's upcoming console, Project Scorpio, at this year's Xbox FanFest 2017.

Last month, Microsoft has announced the comeback of Xbox FanFest to Electronic Entertainment Expo this year, and now more details are finally revealed about the upcoming event over at the Xbox Wire.

Just like the Xbox FanFest event at last year's E3, 500 lucky Xbox fans will get a chance to join this year's Xbox FanFest. These people will get an early look at some of Xbox's exclusives, which would probably include "Crackdown 3," "State of Decay 2," "Sea of Thieves" and more.

But what's more exciting is that people who will get a ticket to this year's Xbox FanFest will also get first dibs on Project Scorpio during a private fan event on Jun. 12. It will be "Early Access," according to Xbox, so it is still unclear whether fans will get an actual hands-on experience with the new console or not.

This year's Xbox FanFest event participants will also be witnessing Xbox's E3 conference live on Sunday, Jun. 11, followed by a "first-of-its-kind Xbox community event" in the evening. Attendees will also get to take home a custom-built backpack filled with all sorts of "gaming swag," according to Xbox Wire.

There will also be changes to the availment of the tickets for Xbox FanFest 2017, with Microsoft opting to move to an online registering process. According to Windows Central, 400 tickets out of the available 500 will be available online on a "first-come-first-served" basis starting Apr. 19.

"Tickets will be released in drops throughout the day, with the first drop starting at 6 AM PT. Stay glued to #XboxFanFest and @Xbox on Twitter for when those drops occur!" Microsoft explained in the Xbox FanFest 2017 FAQ. "Please note that you will need to have a credit card to hold the ticket. "

The rest of the tickets for Xbox FanFest 2017 will be available via various giveaways and promotions, which will be revealed at a later date.
