Jennifer Hudson Reveals Secret to Weight Loss: ‘It Has Nothing to Do with Exercise’

Jennifer Hudson stunned many of her fans when she revealed her 80-pound weight loss in 2010, and continues to do so every time she steps out. Now, the public are curious on what could be the secret of “The Voice U.K.” judge?

The 35-year-old singer has maintained her slim figure throughout the years even after parting ways with “Weight Watchers,” which offers various products and services to assist weight loss and maintenance. Hudson recently sat down for an interview with ITV’s Lorraine where she revealed her secret for keeping a healthy figure.

“I don’t really have time to do much [exercising]. So I just watch what I eat,” she explained. “I am very careful and cautious of what I’m eating. I just try to place those meals throughout the day.”

Aside from maintaining her healthy lifestyle, Hudson is also busy filming her upcoming Netflix movie called “Sandy Wexler,” a story about a hapless yet dedicated talent manager who signs his first client that started off his career. At the same time, she is also raising her seven-year-old son, David Daniel Otunga Jr., with David Otunga.

As she continues judging “The Voice U.K.” she had found a “home” in Britain. “I do miss the States a little bit, but I’ve made a good little home here. Plus my son likes it here as well,” as reported by E! News.

Reminiscing back home, Hudson revealed that she had an award wall in the US.

“I have an award wall in my home, and it sits in the center. And then that award wall opens and goes into my futuristic office. But all the awards sit up on that trap wall… I had it built,” she narrated.

Meanwhile, Hudson’s upcoming movie is slated for release on April 14 on Netflix.
