Kim and Khloe Kardashian's Weight Loss Tips that you Should Definitely Try

The Kardashians have been known for their huge behind and plainly because of their hot physique. However, some people still doubt on whether their hot body was because of exercising regularly and having a healthy “no carb” diet or if they actually went under the knife to get that huge butt and tiny waist.

Khloe said in her recent interview that she turned to working out, because she needed clarity and didn’t know what else to do but go to the gym and as by product started losing weight. She also stated that it wasn’t easy losing weight and her transformation happened during the time when she was dealing with the divorce from Lamar Odom.

The blond bombshell recently had her first ever fitness reality show ‘Revenge Body’ that transforms people into their desired weight. Khloe shared a few tips on how to lose weight.

Khloe and Kim shared a few tips in order to help you lose weight!

  1. Soul Cycle, Hot Yoga, Circuit Training, Obstacle type of exercises that can make you lose weight instantly.
  2. Wear a Sauna Suit as it can help you sweat more while working out.
  3. Exercise daily and have a routine just like Kim who works out with her trainer Don Broks every 6:00am.
  4. It’s important to take a break and relax. Don’t overdo your workout routine.
  5. Don’t deprive yourself with your favorite food. Once in awhile indulge yourself with a slice of pizza.
  6. Try Atkins 40 Plan, a low carb diet with 40 grams of net carbs a day.
  7. Cut out all sweets and junk foods to lose weight.
  8. Stay focused and achieved your desired body weight.
